A reputable recruitment agency is looking for a Sales Executive in Kuala Lumpur to drive sales in the automotive components industry. The candidate should have at least 2 years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment, along with strong relationship-building skills. Responsibilities include conducting market visits, managing distributors, and developing sales strategies. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree and basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Business trips around the Northern region are required once every month or two.
Conduct market visits to survey, analyze, and understand market trends and changing sales dynamics within the assigned area.
Identify emerging market opportunities and sales potential by keeping up to date with current market conditions.
Oversee and manage distributor operations, including monitoring orders, sales performance, campaign efficiency, and stock control.
Ensure effective communication and support to distributors to optimize sales performance.
Already have many existing clients (automobile maintenance shops) and mainly involved as a distributer sales.
This position needs to go business trip once in a month or 2 months around 1 week mainly in Northern region including Perlis to Perak.
