The ideal candidate should hold a degree and possess 1-3 years' experience in the air conditioning industry, alongside good skills in Microsoft Office and AutoCad. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, while Mandarin communication skills are a plus. This role involves maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify more potential customers and develop more business opportunities through quality and professional sales processes with objective to meet sales targets
• Closely follow up to maintain good relationship with existing customers and ensure cooperation to achieve maximum customers’ satisfaction
• Attend sales enquiries and site appointments to understand customers’ requirements and provide solution to meet customers’ need
• Check on stock and follow up on daily delivery
• Helping dealer in closing deal and technical support
• Meeting customer for market feedback and quotation follow up
• Payment collection
