The role involves promoting Auto Owners products and bancassurance while achieving sales targets. Candidates must have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in sales within the automotive sector. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric mindset are essential. Experience in auto or car sales is highly desirable.

  • Promote and sell Auto Owners products and bancassurance to customers.

  • Ensure efficient data entry and processing for business opportunities.
  • Handle submission for disbursement and create credit files.

  • Support Retail Collection & Recovery in activities, including field visits.

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive, Auto Finance to join our team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Auto Owners products and bancassurance to both existing and potential customers. You will play a vital role in achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and strengthening customer relationships through professional financial advice and tailored product offerings.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Promote and professionally sell Auto Owners products and bancassurance to existing and potential customers.
  • Engage in cross-selling of other RHB products based on customer needs to increase overall market share.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the overall targets of the sales office.
  • Provide professional advice on Auto Owners products to customers, ensuring alignment with their financial needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Auto Owners products, services, and processes for effective sales delivery.
  • Establish and maintain regular contact with business associates such as dealers and salesmen to build lasting business relationships.
  • Ensure efficient turnaround time and accurate data entry, processing, and updates for business opportunities.
  • Handle submission for disbursement (Disbursement Request Form), including creation of credit files.
  • Ensure all targeted customer profiles meet the Acceptance Guidelines for both individual and business entities.
  • Support Retail Collection & Recovery in collection and recovery activities, including conducting field visits when necessary.
