Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities within the Malaysian market.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their specific needs and requirements related to fiber optic assembly and related products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers at target accounts, including engineers, procurement managers, and project managers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of the company's fiber optic solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close, including negotiating pricing and contract terms.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
