Job summary

A seafood company is seeking candidates to assist in managing international markets and processing customer orders. The role involves coordinating with partners and ensuring compliance with trade regulations while maintaining accurate records. Candidates should possess at least SPM/Diploma, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is required. This position offers training for fresh graduates and an immediate start is preferred.

Job description

Assist top management in planning and executing strategies for international markets.

Coordinate with international partners, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Prepare and present detailed reports on overseas market activities and performance.

Provide recommendations to top management on how to address issues and optimize operations in international markets

Order Processing and Documentation

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and coordinating with the logistics team for timely delivery.

Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and the sales team as needed.

Handle order amendments, cancellations, and returns in compliance with company policies.

Prepare and manage sales documentation, including quotations, invoices, shipping documents, and contracts.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including customs documentation and export/import requirements.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.

Support for Local Market

Assist colleagues handling the local market during periods of low international workload.

Provide support in processing local orders, customer service, and any administrative tasks needed to maintain smooth operations.

Collaborate with the local sales team to ensure consistent customer service standards across both local and international markets.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided

Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin is a compulsory.
