We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts within specific market segments. The ideal candidate will be a driven and articulate individual with a passion for sales and a proven ability to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned market segments especially hypermarkets, hospitality industry & healthcare.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operation, logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the hypermarket, hospitality, and healthcare industries, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Existing network of contacts within major hypermarket, hospitality, or healthcare sectors is a significant advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
