Overview

Responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships for Tayopack Sdn Bhd. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and achieving sales targets in the packaging industry. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, support marketing activities, and contribute to the company’s overall business development strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Attend and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop new market opportunities to expand company sales and business growth.
  • Maintain, manage, and service existing customers as appointed by the company.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management review.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. production, customer care, delivery) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management related to sales and business development.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in manufacturing / packaging / FMCG industry (fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
