Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at PFunstore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building strong relationships with customers, and helping PFunstore expand its market presence. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation — cold calling, networking, social media outreach, and other channels.
- Present and demonstrate PFunstore’s products/services to prospective clients or customers, explaining features and benefits clearly.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts; close sales deals aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data generate regular sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, customer support, purchasing & operation department) to ensure smooth order processing and customer experience.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new opportunities or product/service improvements.
- Provide after-sales support, respond to customer queries or complaints, and facilitate returns or exchanges if applicable.
- Participate in promotions, campaigns, or events (online or offline) to boost sales and brand visibility.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Experience in FMCG marketing or sales will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is a must. Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin are preferred, as the role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify, develop, and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a results-driven attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
