Responsibilities
  • In-House Sales
    • Actively engage with walk-in clients, providing information about our coworking space offerings.
    • Conduct tours and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our coworking facilities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in-house sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
    • Address client inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Cold Calling and Lead Generation
    • Conduct cold calls and proactively identify new business opportunities.
    • Work on lead generation campaigns to expand the client base.
  • Sales Targets
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Continuously assess and improve sales strategies to optimize performance.
  • Market Research
    • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
    • Provide feedback to the management team for product and service enhancements.
Job Requirements
