Job description

Welcome and assist customers with a friendly demeanor.

Guide customers in finding products and offer expert advice.

Provide accurate product information and pricing details.

Communicate ongoing promotions clearly to customers.

Maintain up-to-date and pristine promotional displays.

Fulfill customer requests for merchandise and create customer profiles.

Process cash and card transactions accurately.

Handle telephone inquiries following company protocols.

Achieve sales targets set by the Store Manager.

Participate actively in sales events and promotions.

Ensure store cleanliness and uphold merchandising standards.

Resolve customer complaints, refunds, and exchanges with care and relay customer feedback, issues, or discrepancies to the Store Manager promptly.
