Job summary

A leading wellness and aesthetic medicine company in Kuala Lumpur seeks candidates for a customer-facing role. Responsibilities include welcoming patients, consulting and enrolling them in programs, answering inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality.   • Maintain confidentiality for all.
  • Maintain patient, visitor and staff confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Able to work flexibly such as shift work, weekends and public holidays, and is reliable, dependable, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Good computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office suite.
