Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support marketing campaign rollouts (digital, social media)
  • Handle administrative tasks including invoice processing, budget tracking & PO issuance
  • Monitor campaign timelines and maintain internal marketing calendars
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Sheets or Excel
  • Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal departments on marketing-related tasks
  • Assist in organizing team activities, meetings, and documentation
  • Manage digital asset libraries (images, videos, documents) and ensure proper versioning
  • Support the Marketing Manager on ad-hoc operational needs and project follow-ups
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1â2 years of experience in marketing operations or administrative roles (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets & Slides)
  • Good organization and time management skills â able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Detail-oriented and takes initiative to ensure work is complete and accurate
  • Able to work independently and communicate well with cross-functional teams
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing is a bonus
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin is an advantage (for internal communication)
