Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support marketing campaign rollouts (digital, social media)
- Handle administrative tasks including invoice processing, budget tracking & PO issuance
- Monitor campaign timelines and maintain internal marketing calendars
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Sheets or Excel
- Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal departments on marketing-related tasks
- Assist in organizing team activities, meetings, and documentation
- Manage digital asset libraries (images, videos, documents) and ensure proper versioning
- Support the Marketing Manager on ad-hoc operational needs and project follow-ups
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1â2 years of experience in marketing operations or administrative roles (fresh graduates welcome).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets & Slides)
- Good organization and time management skills â able to juggle multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented and takes initiative to ensure work is complete and accurate
- Able to work independently and communicate well with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a bonus
- Proficient in English and Mandarin is an advantage (for internal communication)
