As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business development and expanding the company's customer base. In this full-time position based in Johor, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, generating revenue for the organization and to serve the customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Handle inquiries promptly and efficiently, providing detailed product knowledge and exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Provide market insights: Deliver regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to help shape our strategy.
- Sales and Negotiations: Conduct selling and negotiation with customers on prices and delivery schedules while ensuring profitability.
- Product Promotion and Display Execution: Enthusiastically market our client's range of products to potential customers, showcasing their unique features and benefits. Execute displays as per company guidelines.
- Client Relationship Management: Proactively maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, fostering long-term loyalty and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Streamline operations: Ensure smooth processing of customer orders, monitor stock movements, and anticipate customer requirements.
- Performance Monitoring and Training: Monitoring performance of Sales Representative and Merchandisers. Regularly provide them with feedback and coaching.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely monthly sales reports, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement to drive continuous success.
- Sales Target Achievement: Take ownership of meeting and exceeding targeted sales objectives, consistently striving for excellence in your performance.
- Customer Feedback and Complaint Resolution: Collect customer feedback, address the complaints promptly and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years related working experience in FMCG industry, preferably in sales and distributor management.
- Possess a recognized Diploma in commercial or business.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively present to clients.
- A self‑motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
