A cleaning service provider in Ipoh is seeking a Sales Executive to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential and commercial cleaning markets. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the cleaning industry. Strong communication and sales skills are essential to engage clients effectively and deliver tailored solutions. This role involves preparing sales proposals and negotiating contracts to achieve targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both residential and commercial cleaning markets.
Engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their cleaning needs and present tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of the company's cleaning services.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the system.
Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address any client concerns.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-2 years of sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the cleaning or service industry.
Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
