Responsibilities
- Acquire new agents and agencies while supporting training and recruitment initiatives.
- Provide ongoing assistance and guidance to agents and agencies to ensure smooth operations and strong performance.
- Organize and coordinate sales, recruitment, and marketing events to drive business growth.
- Monitor and drive the performance of agents and agencies to achieve sales and recruitment targets.
- Compile reports and track sales performance for agents and agencies.
- Conduct regular training sessions and visitation programs to strengthen business relationships.
- Handle and respond to sales enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Plan, develop, and deliver effective training programs for agents and agencies.
- Prepare and submit all required documentation accurately and on time for sales login and administrative purposes.
- Proactively acquire new agents through walk-ins, outbound calls, and consistent follow-ups.
- Generate quality leads and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications
- High school leavers, SPM or Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – we’ll train you!
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin or dialect speakers are preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Well‑disciplined, punctual, and professional in conduct.
- A team player with integrity, positivity, and responsibility.
