Responsibilities
  • Acquire new agents and agencies while supporting training and recruitment initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing assistance and guidance to agents and agencies to ensure smooth operations and strong performance.
  • Organize and coordinate sales, recruitment, and marketing events to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and drive the performance of agents and agencies to achieve sales and recruitment targets.
  • Compile reports and track sales performance for agents and agencies.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and visitation programs to strengthen business relationships.
  • Handle and respond to sales enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Plan, develop, and deliver effective training programs for agents and agencies.
  • Prepare and submit all required documentation accurately and on time for sales login and administrative purposes.
  • Proactively acquire new agents through walk-ins, outbound calls, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Generate quality leads and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications
  • High school leavers, SPM or Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – we’ll train you!
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin or dialect speakers are preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Well‑disciplined, punctual, and professional in conduct.
  • A team player with integrity, positivity, and responsibility.
