Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets
- Promote and sell technical products or solutions to new and existing customers
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate engineering solutions
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and basic technical demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Conduct basic market research and gather customer feedback
- Work closely with engineering, service, and operations teams to support customer needs
- Plan and carry out sales activities to achieve assigned targets
- Prepare simple sales reports and follow up on quotations and enquiries
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Diploma or Degree in any Engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial, etc.)
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with customers/suppliers)
- Comfortable communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to travel and work in Simpang Ampat, Penang
- Possess own transport
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and good communication skills
- Interested in a career in technical / industrial sales
