A dynamic engineering company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales and support Rotating Equipment Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) services. You will cultivate client relationships, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Engineering and experience in sales or technical sales. Fresh graduates with strong mechanical engineering skills are also welcome. A competitive salary of RM 5000 - RM 6000 monthly is offered.

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented SALES ENGINEER to join our team. The role involves driving sales, building strong client relationships, and providing technical expertise to support our Rotating Equipment Maintenance,Repair & Overhaul (MRO) services. The Sales Engineer will work closely with both the technical and sales department to understand client requirements and deliver first class service.

Opportunity to earn RM 5000 - RM 6000 monthly!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Provide technical support and service knowledge to customers.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
• Keep updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Liaise with client for Purchase Orders & Payments for prompt settlement after service completion.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sales or technical sales, preferably in the industrial or engineering sector.
• Strong technical knowledge in Rotating Equipment Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) services - great to have.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients & projects, and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
