Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the sales and marketing team.
  • Assist in sales related activities to meet sales targets.
  • Log all contacts in the customer database system.
  • Liaise with admin and planner for timely delivery of goods.
  • Manage relations with new and existing customers.
  • Perform general administrative roles for the sales team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages.
  • Assist in any other tasks assigned by Management.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at SPM / Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales – retail / General or equivalent.
  • Have strong attention to investigate and troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Having a professional telephone handling manner and be a confident and friendly communicator.
  • Require skill(s) Possess computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
Responsibilities
  • Provide support for the sales and marketing team as required.
  • Assist in all sales related activities in meeting company’s sales target.
  • Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately and promptly
  • Liaise with admin and planner to ensure all goods is delivered on time
  • Manage relations with both new and existing customers
  • Perform daily general administrative roles for sales team to ensure the smooth running of department such as data entry, processing order, general filing and etc.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries
  • Assist in any other task assigned from The Management from time to time.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
