Job Description
  • Lead, coach, and develop a strong and motivated sales team to deliver on ambitious growth targets.
  • Define and implement effective sales strategies, annual budgets, and performance plans.
  • Manage and grow key customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, including enquiry qualification, business development, contract negotiations, and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with international teams on global project opportunities and drive local market share expansion.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts, reports, and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Represent the company with professionalism through technical presentations, proposals, and client interactions.

A successful Sales Director should have:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • At least 10 years of proven sales leadership experience, ideally within industrial or rotating equipment sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
