Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Foster relationships with interior designers, fit-out contractors, and property owners.
  • Update clients with the latest product catalogs and provide samples as needed.
  • Conduct product presentations and address client inquiries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service to address any site complaints promptly.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree holder in any field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in B2B/B2C sales.
  • Ability to conduct product presentations and confident in interacting with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player, positive attitude, innovative, self‑motivated, responsible, and able to handle stress.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Possess own transport.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in interior design or fit‑out interior industry.
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications in sales or business.
