What You’ll Do

  • Connect with potential clients using digital platforms and CRM tools.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right insurance solutions.
  • Follow up on leads from campaigns, digital channels, and referrals to close sales.
  • Support customers with policies, renewals, and claims.
  • Guide clients through the renewal process smoothly.
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Ensure policy applications and changes are processed promptly.

Who Should Apply?

  • No experience? No problem!Fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply—we’ll train you.
  • Strong communication skills inEnglish & Malay.
  • Comfortable using digital tools in a tech-driven environment.
  • Experience in sales or customer service (especially in insurance/finance) is a plus, but not required.

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday:9:00 AM to 6:00 PM(On-site)
  • Saturday:9:00 AM to 1:00 PM(WFH)
