Job Overview

Sales Coordinator / Supply Chain Administrator - ID: 693479. We are seeking an experienced sales coordinator / logistics coordinator to join the sales hub of a listed global manufacturer. This role will support the administrative part of sales activities & logistics operations for the ASEAN region. With the upcoming acquisition of a competitor, which has been officially announced through a press release, the company is now recruiting additional headcount to support further business growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process related documentation, including Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, invoices, and Packing Lists
  • Provide sales administration support for import and export operations (On-Job-Training for import/export/custom clearance will be provided)
  • Manage export shipments from overseas factories to Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Japan, and Oceania
  • Coordinate customs clearance and liaise with freight forwarders and relevant authorities.
  • Effectively liaise with ASEAN sales coordinator team
