Job summary

A building materials company in Penang is looking for a Sales Support professional who will assist agents with inquiries, document management, and sales capturing. This role requires at least an SPM or equivalent qualifications, and preferably 2 years of experience in the industry, though fresh graduates are welcome. Job description

To assist and support agents on their daily enquiries.

To assist agents to obtain supporting documents from purchaser(s) for sales capturing purpose and end-financing application.

To capture sales in our MHW Road Runner system and submit sales documents to sales admin.

To ensure sales packages and unit information is accurately captured in the incentive letters to purchaser(s).

To connect agents with panel bankers for loan application.

To coordinate with sub-sale agent on properties key arrangement and connect with bankers if necessary.

To attend to leads generated by marketing department, phone enquires, business associate, VVIP and walk-in customer professionally and close the sales.

To register all online leads, calls and daily appointment in our CRM system and compile customer information into the system.

To arrange for necessary documents to be executed by purchasers with the lawyers.

Prepare sales reports to be submitted to Immediate Superior on weekly basis.

To ensure functionality, cleanliness, and readiness of the showroom. To prepare and ensure timely submission of authority reports such as 7F, NAPIC report.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent.

Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience in Building Material Industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Able to gather and interpret information for business research, pricing and data analysis.

Able to work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment, as and when required.

Have good analytical, time management, planning, organizational and project management skills.
