  • Process general sales documents, including Quotations, Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.
  • Handle export sales documents, such as Bills of Lading and Letters of Credit.
  • Prepare daily truck driver schedules.

To ensure smooth documentation flow and efficient operation within the Sales Department by handling and responding to customer orders and inquiries.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Process general sales documents, including Quotations, Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.
  • Handle export sales documents, such as Bills of Lading, Letters of Credit, Certificates of Origin, and Customs Form K1.
  • Prepare daily truck driver schedules.
  • Liaise with shipping agents, forwarding agents, government agencies, and other relevant parties on all shipping-related matters.

  • We use the AutoCount system to manage inventory in and out.
  • Most documents are stored digitally/online.
  • You'll be working with a 27-inch curved monitor and a high-spec CPU for smooth computer operation.
