What you'll be doing

  • Responsibleforplacingcustomerorderswiththeproductiondepartmentandfollowingupondeliveryschedules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Collaborate withthe manufacturingdepartmentabout the shipmentinformationanddistributeittothe relevantdepartments.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business and retain existing clients
  • Regularly review account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive growth
  • Provide high-quality customer service and act as the main point of contact for key accounts
What we're looking for
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, and interpersonal skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
