Job summary

A healthcare service provider in Malaysia is looking for a dedicated professional to support customer services, sales, and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have a diploma, excellent leadership skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English are essential for success in this role. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide key support in customer support services, sales and marketing and group services
  • Generate and follow up on standard client quotes, purchaser orders and contract
  • Provide operation support to customers
  • Assist to correspond to customers’ enquiries
  • Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates
  • To handle complaints with calmness, provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limits and do follow up to ensure resolution.
  • To keep track on stock and liaise with IT department on e-commerce activities
  • Develop positive relationships and effective lines of communication with all functions.
  • Provide clinical applications & operation support to customers
  • To undertakes other important duties and entrusted responsibilities that may arise due to contingencies of work when required by the company
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Good command of language (both spoken & written) in Bahasa Malaysia and English and Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • Able to do multitask and to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to plan and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably executive with experience in Sales Administrative/Support or equivalent.
