Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and administrative tasks.
Prepare and manage sales documents, inventory tracking and filing.
Monitor and track orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system.
Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any complaints or issues.
Liaise between the sales team and other departments (e.g., warehouse, operation, finance) to ensure smooth operations job.
Attend to walk in customer and handle pos payment.
