A leading metal company in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an administrative support personnel to handle daily tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. This role involves coordination with the sales team to manage customer inquiries and prepare necessary documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure effective communication across departments and support the finance team. Responsibilities include maintaining databases and performing ad-hoc duties as required, ensuring smooth operations within the company.
· Handling daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
· Providing support to the sales team by coordinating customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries
· Preparation of delivery orders, invoices, and other documentation
· Maintaining and updating the company's customer databases
· Liaising with internal departments and external to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues
· Support the finance team with filing, data entry, and other administrative
· duties as required.
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
