We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing customer accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, and maintaining excellent relationships with our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor customer orders across departments to ensure timely completion and delivery.
  • Follow up on sales order fulfilment and update customers on order status and progress.
  • Prepare, review, and manage quotations and related documentation.
  • Liaise with existing and potential customers to strengthen business relationships.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with key customers.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales administration — experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP System is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.
