Job Description

Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Sales Consultant shall diligently, faithfully and legally solicit prospective customers in an endeavor to secure sales for the Company. He/ She shall utilize his/ her best efforts to obtain business exclusively for the Company and to exclusively promote the Company\'s business operations.

Our team is expanding and we are looking for multiple positions of Sales Consultant.

Responsibilities

• As part of a high performing team, work together with the team members to ensure customers are your priority at every point of contact and to achieve sales target
• Understand customer\'s needs and wants and perform professional consultation to recommend company’s treatments and products
• Follow up with customers on their treatments and remind them of their treatments
• Monitor and evaluate ways to meet sales targets
• Maintain excellent after-sales relationships with customers
• Assist with ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Preferably with sales experience in Hair Scalp/ Aesthetic / Beauty industry or equivalent experience in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service industry
• Service-oriented with self-motivation for achieving sales targets
• Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Good work attitude and willing to learn
