Your Role
  • Welcome guests into our showroom with sincerity and warmth.
  • Understand each customer's needs and guide them to their perfect Volvo match.
  • Conduct engaging product demos and test drives that spark confidence and excitement.
  • Manage the entire sales process, ensuring every detail is smooth and clear for the customer.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships for long-term trust and loyalty.
  • Support team goals and create an inviting showroom atmosphere.
  • Stay updated on the latest Volvo models, offers, and industry trends. (Training will be provided)
What We’re Looking For
  • Malaysians only.
  • A natural communicator with a heart for helping people.
  • Passion for cars and the Volvo brand is a big plus.
  • Sales or customer-facing experience (retail, call centre, service industry, etc.) is welcome — no automotive experience required.
  • Professional, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when needed.
