The Sales Advisor at Pantai Bharu is responsible for engaging with customers, driving vehicle sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will recommend suitable models, conduct product presentations and test drives, follow up on leads, and support showroom operations and marketing activities.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & SALES
  • Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously.

  • Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles and services.

  • Conduct product presentations, arrange test drives, and explain financing options.

  • Meet or exceed individual monthly sales targets (KPIs).

  • Follow up on leads, walk‑ins, and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and post‑sales process.

  • Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and issues promptly.

  • Assist in vehicle delivery and documentation coordination to ensure a smooth handover.

SHOWROOM & COORDINATION
  • Maintain showroom display vehicles and overall cleanliness.

  • Support marketing events, promotions, and roadshows.

  • Coordinate with Sales Team to ensure smooth showroom operations.

REPORTING & DEVELOPMENT
  • Record customer data, sales leads, and daily activities accurately in the CRM system.

  • Attend sales meetings and participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
