Job Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Customer Engagement - Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, messaging, and referrals.
  • Sales Presentation & Consultation - Conduct professional consultations (online or face-to-face) to assess suitability of URUSS services, processes, fees, and documentation requirements.
  • Documentation & Submission Coordination - Guide customers through required documents as well as coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, processing) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Sales Target Achievement - Achieve monthly sales KPIs and performance targets.
  • Customer Care & After-Sales Support - Support customers with additional inquiries even after service is completed.
