SMART IQ QURANIC CENTRE' is seeking a talented Sales Consultant to join our team in Alor Setar, Kedah. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Quranic education services to potential customers. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

What you'll be doing

Proactively reaching out to potential customers to understand their needs and introduce our Quranic education services

Providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through the sales process

Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and securing new customers

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improving your product knowledge

What we're looking for

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the education or service industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer objections and close sales

A keen interest in Quranic education and a commitment to providing high-quality services

Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages

A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
