Collektr is Asia’s premier livestream bidding platform for collectibles, spanning Trading Card Games, Comics, Sneakers, Watches, Pop Culture, and Luxury Items. We are shaping the future of how collectors buy, sell, and experience their passions. As we scale, we’re looking for a driven Sales & Business Development professional to play a pivotal role in growing our seller ecosystem and expanding partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify, engage, and onboard new sellers, partners, and brands across key verticals (TCG, sneakers, watches, pop culture, luxury).
- Develop strategic proposals and pitches tailored to potential partners, focusing on Collektr’s value proposition (low fees, fast payouts, authentication, livestream engagement).
- Support negotiation and closing of partnership agreements, working closely with senior management when necessary.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for Collektr’s expansion.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own sales pipeline from prospecting to onboarding, ensuring consistent funnel health.
- Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs on seller sign-ups, revenue contribution, and product-category growth.
- Upsell and cross-sell Collektr’s listing formats (Marketplace Auctions, Slots, Tiered Listings, Livestream Auctions) to maximize partner revenue.
- Collaborate with Operations and Marcomm teams to align on category campaigns and promotional pushes.
- Relationship Management
- Act as primary liaison for assigned sellers/partners, ensuring they are supported and motivated to succeed on Collektr.
- Conduct periodic check-ins, performance reviews, and provide insights from Collektr’s analytics to help sellers optimize sales.
- Gather feedback from sellers to improve platform features, operations, and user experience.
- Strategic Input & Reporting
- Work with COO and Category Managers to develop category growth playbooks.
- Provide weekly reports on pipeline status, revenue performance, and market intelligence.
- Assist in building case studies and success stories to showcase Collektr’s ecosystem strength.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management, ideally in e-commerce, marketplaces, livestream platforms, or collectibles industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
- Passion for collectibles, pop culture, or high-end luxury markets is a strong plus.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive; comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
