Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across all our service verticals. The successful candidate will not be limited to one product line but will have the opportunity to promote and sell a full suite of HR solutions, including Immigration, Employer of Record (EoR), Recruitment, and more.

This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, adaptable, and results oriented, with a proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals. You will play a key role in expanding Great Pyramids market presence and contributing to the company's overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities across multiple service lines and industry sectors.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
  • Build strong, long term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Nurture leads through follow-ups and ongoing engagement to convert them into clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and with service delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline stages.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Perform any other tasks, duties, or responsibilities as may be assigned by management from time to time.
