A leading retail company in Malaysia is hiring for a role focused on organizing and stocking products, maintaining clean shelves, and assisting cashiers and customers. Candidates should have SPM/O Level or equivalent qualifications, and will enjoy benefits such as medical coverage and educational support. Arrange items and recognize types of arrangement, fixtures, and assortment of goods.
Ensure items or products are properly arranged according to company requirements.
Replenish items and know the storage location in the storeroom, including procedures for retrieving items from the storeroom.
Ensure price tags and shelf labels are correctly attached.
Know how to create OOS (Out of Stock) stickers and POP (Point of Purchase) cards.
Understand ROL (Reorder Level) and OOS procedures.
Ensure the shelves and items are always clean and tidy by performing cleaning activities.
Perform facing activities.
Assist cashiers when necessary.
Check stock and inform supervisors of the list of items that need to be ordered.
Provide assistance to customers, such as helping to carry customers’ goods (Wholesale).
Receive and carry out instructions from superiors as required from time to time.
Organize and stock products.
