Meet performance expectations and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction in alignment with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieving monthly individual targets by embodying the band
• Deliver a memorable retail experience to clients at all times, including offering excellent after sales service/ follow up
• Establish and nurture strong and trustful relationships with all the clients to surpass their expectations
• Perform with energy, does not give up and actively researches ways to improve results/solve problems
• Always up to date with competitor activity, visiting competitors, follow and read fashion editorials & magazines
• Collect feedback from clients on the collections and bring back to Store Manager
• Be pro‑active and creative to share ideas with Store Manager and team on how to maximize business opportunities
• Ensure Interior and exterior of the store is maintained to company standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2-year relevant experience in fashion retail industry
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and exhibit passion for the brand and retail industry
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Clientelling experience, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, mature and good team player
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales / Store Supervisor
