You help create the excitement about Company’s products, providing the right solutions and getting products into the hands of our valued customers.

Being part of the sales team, you understand the business objectives and the importance of having the ability to deliver a Customer Service & Shopping experience that is a cut above the rest.

Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is preferred. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage to support communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day business operations of the Company;
  • Greeting customers the moment they enter the store and making them feel welcome;
  • Be approachable and be a good listener in discovering customers’ needs;
  • Recommend a solution in meeting customers’ needs & objectives;
  • Generate interest through product demonstration; Maintain excellent customer services and relationship;
  • Keeping abreast of your product knowledge through continuous learning;
  • Learn to overcome customers’ objections;
  • Upselling of accessories; Promote, upselling and cross-selling of products;
  • Closing sales with pride and a high level of professionalism;
  • Assist in cashiering duties when required;
  • Support and assist in ad-hoc / periodic stock-take and/or stock-count exercise when required;
  • Accountable for stock losses and stock variances;
  • Ensure that all security devices / display units are in good working condition;
  • Perform general housekeeping to create a pleasant shopping experience / store ambience;
  • Meeting sales target / KPIs in line with business objectives;
  • Adhere to all SOP, company’s policies, processes and procedures;
  • Support in all aspects of sales process;
  • Feedback to the Manager on customer needs;
  • Ensure the look and feel of the showroom is maintained (cleanliness, organized, neat and tidy);
  • Practice professionalism and acting in the best interests of the company, in all aspects;
  • Assist and support industry when required;
  • Assist customer in Interior Design and Visual Reality
  • Any other duties / tasks / projects as assigned.
