Get to know the role:

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction with understanding customers’ inquiries and providing appropriate recommendations to the customers. Maintaining outstanding store condition with fully stocked and visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replenish products on selling floor
• Maintain hygiene of the storage area
• Cross check related stickers and stamps are displayed on products
• Ensure FIFO practice for all products
• Provide personalized service and appropriate recommendations to the customers
• Perform stock order based on store manager approved requests.
• Assist and support all sales, marketing and promotional activities
• Assist in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments

You should have:

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Basic communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Customer satisfaction oriented
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
