Job summary

A retail company in Johor Bahru is seeking a Sales Assistant to provide excellent customer service, recommend products based on customer needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, passionate about sales, and has experience in social media livestreaming. This role offers a basic salary of RM1700 per month, along with unlimited commission, performance incentives, and benefits such as medical coverage and a group insurance plan.

Sales Assistant - SenQ AEON Mall Bandar Dato' Onn

Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.

Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain product based on customer needs and desires.

Describe merchandise and explain use operation, and care of product to customers.

Prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for customer’s reference.

Demonstrate use or operation of product.

Help customers try on to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase.

Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of product and delivery options.

Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company’s products.

Basic salary per month RM1700
