A leading retail company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will greet customers, recommend products, and provide information on warranties and care. The ideal candidate should have a minimum SPM/SKM qualification and experience in social media livestreaming. The position offers a basic salary of RM1700, allowances, unlimited commission, and a variety of benefits including medical and dental claims. Join us to grow in the retail industry!
Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain product based on customer needs and desires.
Describe merchandise and explain use operation, and care of product to customers.
Prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for customer’s reference.
Demonstrate use or operation of product.
Help customers try on to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase.
Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of product and delivery options.
Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company’s products.
Basic salary per month RM1700
Allowance RM300 (for first 6 months)
In a week work for 5 days and 2 off days
Unlimited commission
Monthly performance incentive
Higher Education Allowance (For MASTER Holder only)
