Job Descriptions:

Deliver outstanding customer service and cultivate long‑lasting client relationships.

Present and promote premium jewellery collections, emphasizing quality, design, and craftsmanship.

Proactively engage with customers, answer inquiries, and drive sales to consistently exceed targets.

Maintain deep product knowledge and market awareness to offer informed and personalized advice.

Negotiate prices within company guidelines, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Accurately process sales transactions and ensure proper documentation for inventory and record‑keeping.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and build brand loyalty.

Manage product displays to ensure all jewellery is showcased in an appealing and organized manner.

Keep the boutique well‑maintained, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times.

Job Requirements:

At least 1 – 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, fashion, or sales‑related roles.

Strong sales and customer service skills with a genuine passion for gems and jewellery.

Excellent communication skills in Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus) to serve Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Confident in negotiating and closing sales deals.

Willing to work onsite with flexibility for retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Highly motivated to achieve sales targets and earn attractive commissions.
