Requirements
  • Possess at least a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
  • Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Sales Management and possess strong Communication Skills.
  • Required to work full-time, including weekends, at our onsite location in Puchong. The position includes two off days per week.
  • Demonstrate a passion for stationery and lifestyle gift products, aligning with Wonderful Market's brand vision.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the company's sales processes and customer service standards.
Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and answering inquiries in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are properly priced and labeled.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately, processing transactions, handling cash and card payments, and providing receipts to customers.
  • Actively promote and sell Wonderful Market's stationery and lifestyle gift products, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, such as receiving shipments, unpacking boxes, and conducting stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and participating in store meetings and training sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively serve customers and represent the Wonderful Market brand.
