Job description

Assist customers with enquiries, purchases, product recommendations, and issue resolution.

Provide accurate product information and deliver excellent after‑sales support.

Customer Relationship Management

Follow up with customers and maintain strong, positive relationships.

Broadcast promotional materials and campaign information to customers to encourage engagement and repeat purchases.

Manage day‑to‑day online sales activities across social media and messaging platforms.

Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.

Support the execution of digital advertising and marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets.

Handle enquiries related to all series products for US markets.

Coordination with Marketing Agencies

Communicate and coordinate with external marketing agencies on campaign updates, promotional content, and marketing materials.

Assist in ensuring campaigns run smoothly and align with internal sales strategies.

Email & AI Chatbot Management

Handle customer email enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Assist in training and improving the AI Chatbot to enhance automation and customer support quality.

Operational & Database Management

Support daily operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Develop, maintain, and update the customer database for sales and marketing purposes.

Plan, organize, and coordinate tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or digital marketing‑related roles.

Strong proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Knowledge or experience in Sales, Facebook Advertising, or Digital Marketing is a plus.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Highly motivated, proactive, and a fast learner.

Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
