We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales processes, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and assisting them in making purchasing decisions. Strive to exceed customer expectations and ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Assist in identifying potential customers, generating leads, and qualifying prospects. Prepare sales documents, including quotes, invoices, and contracts. Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and post-sales support.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers. Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and market conditions to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate availability of products for customers. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory management tasks such as receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
  • Sales Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and other relevant documentation. Enter sales orders into the system, process payments, and handle any necessary paperwork. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales area, including product displays and promotional materials.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall organizational goals. Share customer feedback, market insights, and sales-related information to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services. Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
