Responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts and develop new customers by understanding their business needs and identifying growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth and ensure long-term retention.
- Identify customer challenges and provide tailored solutions to address their needs.
- Deliver pre-sales technical assistance and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, respond to inquiries, and follow up on proposals in a timely manner.
- Plan and conduct sales visits, maintain a customer contact database, and update project status and activity reports on a regular basis.
- Support marketing activities such as seminars, trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events when required.
- Maintain strong technical and application knowledge of assigned product solutions.
- Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations to showcase product capabilities, applications, and proof of concept.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Strong analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of noise & vibration and/or remote condition monitoring.
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in heavy industries such as automotive, aerospace, environmental, power generation, or facility maintenance.
- Active listening skills with the ability to perform effective root cause analysis of customer issues.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Positive attitude with a strong drive for learning new technologies and staying updated with market trends.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
