Strategy & Business Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies.
Build, manage, train, and lead your own sales & marketing team.
Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for the team.
Coach, motivate, and drive the team to achieve consistent results.
Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.
Lead key client negotiations and close major deals.
Ensure consistent and effective positioning of all company products and services.
Manage key customer relationships and strategic accounts.
Reporting & Performance Management:
Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and present reports to management.

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
