Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, compile, and maintain sales related documentation, including daily sales reports, monthly summaries, sales trackers, price lists, and tender documents, in accordance with company SOPs.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team (BU Head & Regional Sales Managers), by ensuring accurate and timely preparation of sales documentation.
  • Compile, update, and verify daily sales data, regional sales trackers.
  • Assist with sales sample issuance tracking, including preparation of sample requisition forms, maintaining distribution logs, acknowledgements, and reconciliation reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support tagging activities (e.g. product, territory, customer, and promotion tagging).
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by cross‑checking inputs received from field sales teams and distributors.
  • Handle customer and distributor correspondence, providing prompt and professional follow‑up on orders, documentation requests, delivery issues, and pricing inquiries.
  • Coordinate order processing and related documentation with distributors, ensuring compliance with approved terms, volumes, and delivery timelines.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including sales claim verification, travel claims processing.
  • Support any ad hoc tasks, projects, or initiatives as assigned by the sales management team.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or commercial support role preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, customers, and distributors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
