Job summary

A manufacturing company located in Port Klang seeks a Sales Administrator to assist in managing the sales administrative process. Responsibilities include converting inquiries into quotations, order management, liaising with production for lead times, and resolving customer complaints. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field and have 1-2 years of sales administration experience, alongside proficiency in both Chinese and English. Familiarity with SQL and MS Office is required, and knowledge of social media marketing is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree and above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, preferably within the related industries.
  • Required proficiency in Chinese and English (Written, Reading, and Speaking).
  • Familiarity with SQL System and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end sales administrative process.
  • Convert incoming sales inquiries into formal quotations.
  • Generate Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices using the SQL system.
  • Communicate daily with the production team for accurate lead times.
  • Perform regular stock inventory checks.
  • Act as the primary contact for inquiries and customer complaints.
  • Manage all data entry and documentation with high accuracy.
  • Arrange and schedule transportation for deliveries.
